From Anxiety to Serenity

I understand the challenges of anxiety all too well, as it was my personal struggle that led me to the path of yoga. In my quest to calm my anxious mind, I stumbled upon the profound effects of yoga. With each practice, I found solace and tranquility on my mat. It became a daily ritual, and my hunger for knowledge grew exponentially. I devoured books, attended local classes, and absorbed insightful YouTube videos.

Committed to Deepening My Knowledge

Driven by an unwavering desire to deepen my own practice and understanding, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. This served as the foundation upon which I built my expertise.

Eager to explore the psychological benefits of yoga and meditation, I furthered my education by completing an additional 300 hours of training in yoga psychology at The Center for Yoga Psychology. Through this specialized training, I gained a profound understanding of the tools necessary to calm my anxious mind and soothe my hypersensitive nature.
