It focuses on gentle movements and stretches to counteract the effects of prolonged sitting, targeting areas such as the hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck. Incorporating mindful breathing techniques and stress-reducing practices, Desk Relief Flow aims to improve posture, release tension, and increase overall well-being. Participants will learn foundational stretches to alleviate hip and lower back tension, build strength and stability in the core and spine to support better posture and alleviate discomfort from prolonged sitting.

    Sole Soothers is tailored for employees who spend extended periods of time on their feet during their workday. This program incorporates gentle yoga poses, stretches, and foot exercises to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote foot health. Mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques are integrated to help employees unwind and release accumulated stress and fatigue. Participants will gain awareness of their foot anatomy and learn effective stretches and self-massage techniques to alleviate tension and promote foot health.

This program aims to cultivate a sense of calm, balance, and resilience through gentle yoga poses, dynamic flow work, breathwork, and mindfulness practices.     Mid-Day Energizer offers a revitalizing break for employees seeking energy and mental clarity during the workday. This program features dynamic and invigorating yoga sequences, mindful movement, and breath awareness techniques. By getting the body up and moving, Mid-Day Energizer combats mid-day fatigue and enhances focus. Participants are physically and mentally recharged for a renewed sense of motivation to tackle tasks with vigor and enthusiasm post-session.
