Yoga at the Library

This class is a gentle practice designed around a theme that changes with the seasons. We start with breathwork to allow ourselves the time and space to arrive fully for our practice. Next, we take a moment to connect with the heart space as we set an intention for our practice. Then we slowly begin to warm up the body through some mindful movement. Closing the class with Savasana, our final resting poses to allow the mind-body and emotions to marinate in the benefits of our practice. Open to all levels.
