Beginner Basics - Foundations of Yoga
This class offers a chance to break down some very basic, foundational poses, to ensure proper alignment and maximize your pose. We will begin class with some breathwork and then move into building your foundation from the ground up, with cues and demonstrations for placement of each body part and muscle, and how to work with your breath throughout. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. This is an inviting space, open to all levels.
